Contract was signed , job completed This is the second review for us with this company, 3 years later we are still waiting for them to fix the numerous problems with our siding. Everything from sagging panels to windows nailed shut 2 to be exact to framed windows that were done wrong and now I have to duct tape my storm and screen windows onto the frame in order for them to be used.
Our post on the front porch, the completely missed the siding when they nailed the wrap on it. Not professional enough to allow for the frost line around our door frames.
The list goes on and if anyone wants to truly understand how awful the job was done, you are more than welcome to come and see for yourself. When the job was done the first time, they damaged my husbands car, my neighbors truck and had debris all over the neighborhood as far as 6 houses away.
Almost too obvious to call it "making it right", they did not have a choice. We are business owners to! We have too many issues to possibly list on this site. I have many pictures and Bill has come out and agreed that the job is awful and needs to be addressed. Kudos for recognizing that there are indeed issues that need to be addressed, however, once he returned back to the company, the company is refusing to fix any of it.
We have had several other contractors out here to get estimates on fixing all of the issues that have laughed and almost cried once they have seen the "quality craftsmanship" of this company. Now, something you need to understand about this company before using them. They subcontract every job! Everything from roofers to gutters to siders. They send out the project and accept the lowest bidders for the job. It is luck of the draw! We did manage to get lucky with their roofers and gutter contractors.
They did a superb job and were competent and did quality work. But it is a gamble we are not willing to take with our home in the future.
Let me quess, you are reading reviews because they have shown up on your door step within a few days or weeks of a big storm??? Am I right? One friend got a quote, said he would think about it and get back to them, only to show up after work one day to find all the materials in his driveway already!. One of my last reviews a woman from ADHI responded saying they are not ambulance chasers. What do you call it then? They go from home to home after a storm and tell YOU you have damage and they can fix it.
We have had the good fortune to have a few good men come by from the company who recognize the problems and have tried their best to resolve our issues. They have said time and time again that they are disappointed to see such shoddy quality of work, but their hands are tied.
And they are! The reps that come out do not own the business. They understand the problems, but once back at the office, the management refuses to address the problems. The contractors that they use are who represent their company. It is a gamble for them also to use so many different people, but if you gamble on the wrong contractor and lose, then you need to "make it right" and fix those issues.
Contact me! Love to have you come by, talk with my other friends and see for yourself! I do realize that "someone" from ADHI WILL respond to this with some eloquent response that will sound all professional and make us look like we are "way off" in our review.
So again, judge for yourself. Get real professionals! I have had to have them out numerous times to fix screw ups, and now my roof is leaking from them nailing the siding into the roof. They don't care, tough, have a nice day was all we got from them.
Well, the have a nice day was not even in the conversation. They are "storm chasers" plain and simple they prey on unfortunate home owners who have damage from storms and then take their money and never look back. Hire real professionals and you will not be taken. Door to door sales people who show up at your door after a storm, wanting you to sign a contract on the spot, stating that if their inspector finds hail damage and if your insurance company approves it, you are obligated to use them.
After crossing out and initialing several parts to the contract that were not in my best interest, I signed it. They agreed to my changes and the inspection appointment was set up. Did I really think I'd hire them? Uh no. But I was interested in finding out if I had hail damage and someone was offering to check that out. In the time between the inspection and the phone call from the company itching to rip my roof off, I went online and read many disconcerting reviews.
Reviews from all kinds of sources. Not just Yelp. I was polite when I explained that we would not be hiring them to do any work. What I received in return was bullying.
I held my ground. And then I was hung up on. Although geared for children, I think some adults could also gain from a quick flip through the book. Since posting my original review this company "looked into" my account said I wanted the gutters replaced but no, I did not. They decided I wanted them. Also said I needed decking replaced This company will take your money please be aware. I have a small one story house and they came to be saying insurance would cover everything.
Please don't be fooled by this company they will scam you. A major problem was the gutters needed readjusted. Line 16 of our contract said "readjust gutters" which we were not told is something this company does not do. So, to our knowledge, we thought the roof was done. Nobody said a gutter guy was coming out. There wasn't any communication. However, a wonderful man named Tom looked into it. He ended up giving us new gutters since it would be the same cost as readjusting.
That was great!! They pulled out the black tarp that was hanging, too. The garage now has fascia, which makes the appearance times better. Lastly, Tom explained to us that the bubbled appearance of the tar under the roof will smooth once the summer comes. I am giving the company four stars due to the lack of communication, but overall, we are happy with the end result. See all photos from Kristy J. Terrible company!!! They do not even know how to file a claim properly.
Poor communication!!! They filed a claim for me in August. The insurance company needed their report to start the approval process.
They had 3 failed attempts to file the claim correctly. Finally my insurance called me and said I need to find someone that knows how to file a claim properly.
I contacted a highly rated local roofer and I was approved within a week. Their incompetence and lack of communication cost me getting my roof done in August or September like it should have been. Now I have to wait until spring. Luckily the company I chose was great and did some patch work free of charge until they can complete the job. Stay away from this company!!! Please home owners, please do not use this company!!!!!!!!! They are door to door here in Central Indiana.
That should have been our first red light They were great at the start, great at getting your insurance adjusters out, great pointing every little thing out. That's the day everything goes down hill.
Read every little fine print on the paper they make you sign after the inspection. That is how they make you sign a contract After a couple weeks of trying to get a"quote" price out of them, they just keep telling you"they only go off the insurance adjustment numbers". They finally give us an amount. We were fine with the price as we had other roofers quotes. Roof gets put on and I come home and realize I now have ice dams and all these upgrades.
I could hear him yelling at my wife while I was driving and she was just taking a phone call best to me. I shouldn't have to say more They think they are bending over the insurance company, they only bend over the customer!!!!!
I hope you read this and realize, this kind of business should not be acceptable!!! Thank you!! You can now request a quote from this business directly from Yelp. Business website.

Mark came out to the house one time and to LA and it was great. It was on his own terms and was very productive.
How about some guitar? Flowers, as ever, is a little more diplomatic. He obliged, and the results are pretty fucking great. We felt it was really important to have that manifest itself on the record. We blew up terrible lo-res versions of them and stuck them up in the studio.
I would go to them when I needed help with lyrics and when we needed help with sonics, or [to decide] which songs were making the record. It became a member of the band. Utilising lesser-used instruments like the wind synth, alongside the familiar array of drums and electric bass, synthesizers and turntables, they're able scatter rhythms, melodies and electronic effects across their canvas with a Pollock-like abandon, creating music that while heavy in groove has great depth and intrigue.
They released their self-titled debut album March to critical acclaim and embarked on a sold out club tour in Benelux, Germany, UK and Ireland short after.
In April they signed to Gondwana Records and we are delighted to announce the first world wide release for Old Dreams, New Planets on August 31st.
